Pattern Southern Cross Transmission Files Route in Mississippi

Pattern Development Completes Financing and Starts Full-Stage Construction of 147 MW Wind Project in Québec

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, March 7, 2017 – Pattern Energy Group LP (“Pattern Development”) today announced the completion of CAD $263 million construction-to-term financing for its 147 megawatt (MW) Mont Sainte-Marguerite Wind project, which is now entering full-stage construction. Financing was provided by The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company, Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec and Bayerische Landesbank, and fully amortizes over the term of the project’s 25-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with Hydro-Québec. Mont Sainte-Marguerite Wind is located approximately 50 kilometers south of Québec City, in the Chaudière-Appalaches region.

Pattern Development Completes Largest Wind Project in Bristish Columbia

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, February 27, 2017 – Pattern Energy Group LP (Pattern Development) today announced the completion of its 184.6 megawatt (MW) Meikle Wind power project located in British Columbia, approximately 33 km north of Tumbler Ridge.

Pattern Development and Green Power Investment Complete 14 MW Kanagi Solar Power Project in Japan

KANAGI CITY, JAPAN, April 26, 2016 – Pattern Energy Group LP ("Pattern Development"), and Green Power Investment Corporation ("GPI") today announced the completion of the 14 megawatt (MW) Kanagi Solar photovoltaic (PV) power facility. Pattern Development and GPI are joint venture (JV) partners that developed and built the Kanagi Solar power facility, which is located in Shimane prefecture of Japan. GE Energy Financial Services, a General Electric unit, currently maintains an ownership stake in the project.

Samsung and Pattern Development Start Operations at 180 MW Armow Wind Power Facility in Ontario

TORONTO, ONTARIO, February 1, 2016 – The Armow Wind power facility in Ontario is now up and running. Samsung Renewable Energy, Inc. (Samsung) and Pattern Energy Group LP (“Pattern Development”) today announced their 180 megawatt (MW) Armow Wind power facility has completed construction and is fully operational. Armow Wind is expected to generate enough clean energy to power approximately 70,000 Ontario homes each year, based on average annual residential energy use in Ontario.
